This is how I deal with the Daz fireflys in renders I cannot improve on and for now have walked away from. So instead of seeing fireflys all over the render now its just a distorted transmission...... Never waste an idea...lol Thanks for dropping in :)

The "glitchy screen" effect is excellent... though as an aside, if the firelfly filter isn't cutting it, I have had some success recently with the built in iray denoiser in eliminating troublesome grain and fireflies, and reducing the pixel radius maintains adequate sharpness in the final image.

Thanks for the tip Joe... Have been playing mostly in Iray but I think its more the equipment I am using and how much I have loaded into scene, and I will certainly have a play with denoiser :)
