Description
So, in my previous post I had a work in progress for a new character. I got her named mixed up with her mother's. Same powers though. Personality wise she comes off as one those anime female characters that laugh every time, they seem to one up their rivals or show their elitism in some manner. Best example is Kodachi Kuno from Ranma 1/2. She has great control over her power but tends to not use it on her hair follicles. She learned various fighting techniques from various instructors. Although not an expert she's no push over in a fight.
