Description
The city consists of 16 Dystopia City Blocks (once available at Daz 3D), and a RainCube from "Environments - Inclement Weather" creates the rain. Sky and ambient light by the "RainClouds" HDRI from "HDRI Enhanced Skies" (everything available at Daz 3D), and a bit of light by the sun. In this weather the city appears abandoned.
