I'm really sorry you've been under the weather, I know that covid's aftereffects had effected you for a long time (and you're not alone in that, many have had long aftereffects). Maybe it's also the flu season, the cold and so on. And yes, there's been some good news out there---the less than "blowout" midterm election, a certain ex pres's slow downfall, and the courts doing some good things. Let's hope it continues. This is one of the most delightful pieces you've posted, among many delights...I just love this. The miniature world is filled with beautiful hues, and beautiful gnomes w/ beards and merlin-like outfits, and great medieval hats...and I love those little huts, and the vines and downy grasses, and that big stone arch (which actually looks like it's made of trees). Beautiful colors. If this doesn't pick people up, I don't know what will.

(part of my fatigue is just plain age...the house guest who comes but never leaves...I think there should be firmware updates and OS upgrades for our bodies, for free. Or free motherboard replacements. Anyway, feel better soon...)
