Our first encounter with the aliens led to huge advancements in Robotics and Cybernetics. Ever since then, there has been a debate whether to build mecha controlled by human pilots, A.I. or both. The aliens have perfected the later. Many of their mecha are controlled by bio-engineered organisms, In researching their science, I have become a proponent of a cyborg approach with a human flair. Injured Veterans of the Solar System Civil War (Earth, Mars, and Ceres) are volunteering to be research subjects to fight the alien threat. With enhances Cybernetics we have restored their bodies and they can interface with the Dragonhide mecha. We also built some A.I. controlled ones, but I think the Cyborgs will out perform in every way.
