Description
On my Instagram, I've removed all of my text generated images from my profile and unfollowed profiles utilizing text generators. In my my own use I witnessed signed images or even pictures with Shutterstock logo on them being incorporated into the images. The ability to produce images is and I'll admit it, intoxicating and amazing but in the end, it's images derived from others and that's not fair to them.
I've deleted images I posted to the AI gallery here as well.

I've noticed the AI bots struggling to smudge and blur the original artists signature on some of the AI creations. Obviously AI servers help themselves to other artists artwork, copyrighted artwork and it's been trained to get rid of all signatures and logos that identify the artwork. It's counterfeit bullshit art!

What exactly is "Art?" Please, educate me.

I wouldn't mind if the AI tool took your own image and manipulated into something different. In fact before AI was introduced, DeepDream Generator took your art and applied another copyright free or stockphoto to recreate your own image. However, the AI generators aren't doing that they're taking images which are copyright protected without the consent of the owner.

AI should confine itself strictly to images and artwork in the public domain.

Don't risk getting caught stealing images from another artist. Dump that AI website before it will get you into trouble and report it as a scam, warez website. Do the right thing!

Midjourney WILL be tagged as a warez site soon... Your a dumbass if you pay for any of their services.

Clearly, we are in uncharted waters. Intellectual property laws are pretty complex, from what I see. These kinds of accusations need to be supported with evidence. Can you direct me to this evidence? It's disturbing and I'd like to investigate it, myself. Thanks.

a very smart move ... I hope many follow this example!

I played with MidJourney a little bit - until it wanted money. It was interesting to see what it did, but I am NOT a fan of this AI stuff, nor of "artists" that flood the galleries with it every day. 'Nuff said.
I will continue creating with the apps I have (Poser, DAZ, Photoshop, etc.), and enjoying the process.

I'm with you as well. I have begun creating my own backgrounds to fit my characters. It's the process which In enjoy and seeing the results of my efforts.
