Hi, from South Texas.
I like to swim, play cards and play on this computer with all sorts of programs. I am also an avid reader, mostly fiction.
I am glad you stopped by.....hope you will take time to look at my gallery. As a side note, I am honored to have been chosen as Artist of the Month for December 2022. Thanks to all that voted.

Stunning :) All you need now is one of those old ornate picture frames and you would think this was a piece of history redicovered :)

Good idea, I should have framed it that way. :-)

I'm so far behind in your magical gallery, it's pitiful! I'll jump around in the next few sessions, but I'll try to comment on a number of images in the process. I've seen everything as it's gone up (and they are beauties).
I love that you chose this pose and this costume for someone deep in thought. As if she's in a world of formal mores and practices, but deep inside she flies to the heavens. One could even feel that her beautiful headdress and upper gowns are a reaction to her inner thoughts, as if she sprouted flowers because she was dwelling among them in her heart...Also, you've had a number of olive-grayish backgrounds, and they work so well with your portraits. Painters of early centuries used those hues for their backgrounds...
