Description
Quilling is an art form that involves the use of strips of paper that are rolled, shaped, and glued together to create decorative designs. The paper is rolled, looped, curled, twisted, and otherwise manipulated to create shapes that make up designs. It is believed that the art began in China with the invention of paper. (Wikipedia)

The second one must be the female since usually the females of the species are not as flamboyant. And he, the first... I would not get within reach of that beak!
