Description
Suzy Turner - "America's Darling"
Suzy was considered Hollywood's most admired actress for her entire (but unfortunately, short-lived) career. For five years from 1956 to 1961, any film she starred in was a guaranteed hit. Audiences couldn't get enough of her wholesome "Girl Next Door" image. Unfortunately, mental health issues, and a nude home movie scandal, ended her career prematurely.
Here we see her in a promotional shot with her beloved sheep dog, Einstein (she was apparently a big fan), whom she was never seen in public without.

Didn't realise she had any scandal related to her! At least she looks very happy here ๐
