Hello Rendosians ! Here is my first upload of the year ! With it, I wanted to wish everyone on Renderosity a Very Good Year. May it be a prosperous one and may it keep you healthy ! As for the picture, it is a capture of the cathédral of Orléans. Orléans is a town located in the northern part of France, at about 100 kilometers from Paris, on the border of the Loire River. Orléans is a charming town known for being saved from the siege by the English army by the courageous Joan of Arc in 1428. Alas, Joan of Arc was captured in 1430 and burnt at a stake in 1431. Nowadays, there is a festival in her honor : les fêtes johanniques. She is also named "The Maid of Orleans" Visiting this town, I couldn't help but remember the beautiful songs "The Maid of Orleans" and "Joan of Arc" performed by OMD. This is an amazing and beautiful photograph that reflects your great skills as a photographer my friend! I like the symmetry that is visible in the buildings design of this shot..the mirror image effect that it creates looks fantastic! This is definitely my favorite shot of the day for me. :-)

Belle ville dans laquelle j'ai habité quelques mois, il y a bien longtemps! La rue Jeanne d'Arc est toujours très pavoisée, ici manifestement en soutien au peuple ukrainien. Une bien jolie photo!

Une cathédrale qui , comme toutes celles bâties en Europe et ailleurs, suscite l'admiration et le respect pour ces bâtisseurs courageux et experts dans leur art et dans la foi qui les animait. La perspective est classique, comme le cadrage, mais la petite touche ukrainienne apportée par les drapeaux donne encore plus de majesté à l'ensemble. Une très belle lumière également, avec une exposition bien mesurée. J'ai remarqué que les données techniques sur tes photos et le modèle de ton appareil n'apparaissent jamais dans la colonne de droite, dans ta galerie-photo perso, alors que cela se fait automatiquement dans ma galerie ?! En tout cas, c'est une magnifique photo, bravo !
