Hi, from South Texas.
I like to swim, play cards and play on this computer with all sorts of programs. I am also an avid reader, mostly fiction.Â
I am glad you stopped by.....hope you will take time to look at my gallery. As a side note, I am honored to have been chosen as Artist of the Month for December 2022. Thanks to all that voted.

(I've got to leave some shorter comments---you've posted so many beautiful images, I can't get to them all, lol! Since the 1st, you've posted such a wide array...)
I love this. It has a gentle desolation...and that's not bad: Rather it's a sense of total solitude. Even if it has a slightly lonely feeling, it oozes with the quiet and inner peace of a memory. Anyone who's lived on the sea knows this scene. Way away from cities, just the water and land...infinity. Beautiful.
(If you don't know it, check out a famous Andrew Wyeth painting called "Christina's World". It should be on the web. It's a very bleak painting---yours isn't. But the wyeth has some of the same coloring, and feeling of reaching back to distand memories...)

Thanks for your nice comment. I will check out the Wyeth painting.
