Description

MollyFootman gave me some great advice that I wanted to try and see how it would work for me. I've never experimented with dof or many other camera setting in Poser before. This is a new experience for me. I think Molly may have opened up new avenues of exploration for me to pursue! Thanks so very much, Molly! You ROCK big time! Follows is the advice Molly suggested and that I used in this image: "You might want to try something with a picture like this: turn on DoF in rendering with camera settings of an F-Stop of 8 or so and focus distance just between the dude and his lovely Ford. That should make the foreground including the Dude and his car very crisply in focus while the more distant background including all the cool lo rez people very gently blurred." Thank you for taking a peek! Your support is greatly appreciated!

Cool image nice composition and car as always, and that great colour..!! can't really see much depth of field to be honest, Dof... Really is only noticeable, at the lower F stops.. F4 F2.8 F2 F 1.2...anything above F 5.6...will be minimal.. Depending on the image and the focus point, your also going to notice a increase in render time,

Oooh! You're on the way! XD

I would try a smaller F-stop as Darkglass suggests... experiment a little. I think taking a bit of the sharpness out of the background is going to work out well. I'm so pleased you have a new tool to experiment with! <3
