I have a few things I'm going to be sharing on animation. I will incorporate some of the ideas, that I'm just learning. I have constructed a few city blocks, and laid out some animations of cars, bikes, a play ground with kids playing. I'm going 500 frame animations in the town, and doing camera runs around town, to show how you can use those 500 frames to put together thousands of clips just using the camera from different angles.

Thank you for sharing some amazing tips! Animation takes time and effort but the result is so cool. I see you set keys on all in betweens as a workaround for the interpolations, have you experiment changing the interpolation method instead? It's those graph icons on the animation window. One of them is for "constant" on a given segment. I'm mentioning this: https://www.posersoftware.com/documentation/12/index.htm#t=Poser_Reference_Manual%2FAnimating%2FAnimating%2FSelecting_Interpolation_Types.htm%23h
Setting all keys works as well but I guess it depends on the workflow/project one is doing.
