Description
That lighting and material is by Dreamlight. I think it's Punk Lights and Materials for Urban Future 3. I could be very very wrong about the name, of course. The reason why this image exists is that I forgot I had that light and material set. Now you know I have it. And I'm going to use it.
I was just thinking maybe I should have called this image Eye in the Sky.
