I suppose Mark is brooding about all the people in his life (I guess that's what the crowd behind him is meant to represent... Of all the things to brood about, the cop and that cool old-timey police cruiser are probably the most pressing. XD

I did need a tux for a formal wedding in Vegas,but decided not to go. need new tires for my 4Runner before they begin getting flats. need to drive to Galveston, but new tires are first. the tires I want are $1000 including tire hazard warranties. maybe I will win it soon .
