Description
Original render with DAZ3D iray. The girl is a Genesis 8 Female model, optimized to be later used with Stable Diffusion's imgtoimg (by optimized, I mean alter the original texture maps).
After rendering her in iray I used a custom Stable Diffusion embedding trained on a blender 3D model to get the same face as in some of my other pictures.
To get the same pose and outline, ControlNet depth map. The automatic depth map it generates is not great, but you can edit it a little bit in Krita or Gimp.
With relatively low denoising values + custom embedding, you can get the same person most of the time with consistent lighting and environment and decent hands (thanks to ControlNet). And if you don't like it, pose her again and try again. Not to mention take advantage of all the beautiful clothing and hairstyles for Genesis 8. Here I also posed the hair.
In this picture, it had a little bit of problem with her pinky due to the reflections on the floor. The rest was minor, really, really minor adjustments in Krita.
I explain some of the general workflow here: https://www.renderosity.com/forums/comments/4455773/permalink
This is far from perfect. In scenes where her face is at a weird angle SD does not fit the face at all. In other renders where her nose shape looks different because of lighting or angle it gives a person with a different nose when you run it trough imgtoimg. If she is too far away from the camera it also doesn't work. Too low res also won't work I suspect. It is not magic. The same way taking a photo of an acutal person is not magic either I guess.
