Warning : Some people my find the subject of this image upsetting & yet its happening all around us.
If you know someone that is having a bad time then try to be a true friend & be there for them,
Even if its just a shoulder to cry on or to just stop a listen.
It often just takes one person to stop a listen to save a life.

the words are very true. a very good friend of mine committed suicide in 1983. I still have an empty feeling when I recall.

That feeling never leaves, And yet it makes us more aware & what to say and do when you meet someone that has been through or going through the same thing.

There is nothing to be upset about in this lmage. It is a true, important and much too often distegarded message! It does not help to put the head into the sand about this sad fact, but moreover we should finally think about our society and our values which pushes people into such devastating thoughts and deeds and change something. We should learn to take care of all those subtle signs and care for the people around us, before it is too late.
