Description
3D Rendered Image depicting Flight of Lancasters crossing the East Coast.
Walberswick Pump Mill located on the Westwood Marshes near Walberswick (Suffolk) ceased working in 1940.
The Marshes were reflooded as part of the defences during World War II against invasion. During it's forced closure the mill was used as gunnery practice and sustained significant damage, although some attempts were later made at restoration sadly it remains a shell of it's former days.
Models,Textures and Render by myself.
Enjoy.

perfect palette - shame so many wonderful structures suffer indignities. If i recall, the Sphinx took its share of hits...

Cool. Very fine atmosphere and composition. I can hear the engines roaring as the bombers start for a long haul to Germany.
