The door opened instantly before them before they even pressed the signal button. They proceeded inside to find the young Captain seated at his desk waiting for them. "I would imagine you're going through some adjusting and rather deep thinking; trying to consider where you wish to be and where you were. Here, you have a choice as to what path you choose to take." He glanced up to the Andorian and smiled. "Congratulations to the new posting of the ships chief medical officer." "Thank you, Captain." Navarre glanced from the woman on the left to the one on the right. "The choice is yours. Positions are open aboard this vessel, or I can arrange for you to get to another destination of your choosing. You can decide at any time. I would imagine it is a lot to consider all at once." "We have decided, Captain." The woman on the left raised her hands slowly. "We were born into slavery. No families are looking for us, and we would not know them if there were. I know of nothing of a place before. So with that; if there is a task for me here, then that would be my choice." "Same for myself, Captain." The other woman nodded in agreement. "Okay." Navarre nodded. "Make a list of skills, and I will find an open position in one of those fields." He the rose to his feet. "Uniform befitting position will be provided. Welcome aboard. Dismissed." Navarre watched as the women filed out, then settled back into his chair. He rolled his eyes as he settled back. "Too many women." He then shook his head with a chuckle.
