We are flirting with 100+ degrees here in 'the valley of the sun' Phoenix, AZ right now. Although I remember those days back in North Dakota with similar icy buildup on everything, pretty, yes! And also as has been pointed out, rather dangerous and sometimes destructive. But it sure makes for a pretty picture! Kudos for this series!

Fascinating shots. I've never experienced sub-zero weather in all my life. Really. Guess I'm sort of a hothouse flower.
Would you consider me lucky or unlucky not to have experienced this sort of weather? :)

I go with unlucky. But that is because I am a cold weather person. Really don't care for hot.
