Those little rascals get into everything, and I know for a fact that 9/16" poles are useless in trying to stop squirrels or raccoons , I'm seeing squirrels here making 6 foot leaps, 100 feet up in the trees.
It's good to see you wearing a camera, and I hope to see more of your camera work, as Spring is my favorite time for photography.

The pesky little squirrels are very good at getting into things. I watched the squirrel maze 1.0, 2.0 and 3.0 created by Mark Rober on Youtube. They eventually completed each maze over time. There was always a reward for them at the end. Amazing animals.

Is he an illegal resident? Put up a board which is written requires $10 per an hour for non-birds. Tomorrow there may be dozens of dollars worth of acorns stuck in that house.

Hahahaha! I like the way you think!

Looking cute and proud of itself. Never seen a squirrel in real life so they always look cute and fun to me but I am sure that may not be the case in reality :)
Excellent capture :)

And they never pay any attention when you send them an eviction notice.... 😉
They can be real pests, but squirrels are amazing little critters. Great shot of this little vagrant, Richard!

A lady that I used to work for had purchased a very expensive bird feeder to keep the critters out. while working I saw a squirrel eating the bird food. she was very angry

Squirrels are pests, that's for sure. I'm hoping this young one gets too large for the hole soon.

A most endearing and unexpected capture : it's the first time I've seen a squirrel take over a birdhouse !

A very cute capture but predicament for the previous tenants that just want to add to their family I suppose! Mixed emotions on this development! A wonderful photo! Many you need to put in a high rise?

Maybe he was just stopping by for tea and crumpets :-)
