Description
A story written by me in the late 1990s. Inspired by AOL chat, and virtual communities that started to pop up at that time. The story is about a computer programmer, who left his job, to go off and live in the desert after loosing his wife and kids in a tragic car accident! And having lived like a hermit for many years, is drawn back into technology, to help a group of rebels to take down his previous boss, who has become power hunger, and has most of the people in the world living in his virtual, buying and spending, and investing, all threw his virtual world.
This is a visual audio book! All the art was done in Poser for the story! I have speed up the audio, and reduced the size of the video to be able to upload it. Its just over half an hour long.

You wrote the story in the late 1990's and predicted quite a few events I've seen. It's very good, the way you talk about society, how it might change, I see it happening. I lived in a city, now a small village. Money is fairly useless except for paying bills. I don't need a phone, anyone I want to talk to I can visit. Everyone has a garden where they grow food, we harvest it together, trade or give away any surplus, if you want help you're getting it for free but you have to return the favour. This is how it's always been here. The concept of belonging to, or being pushed out by the technological world.. that's scary to me.

I hope things are getting better for you. The problems I was facing are resolved. They were legal problems with my neighbor. I didnt get the results I wanted. The system is corupt, but it could have been worce. I'm even back to my art. Have a couple new projects I been working on. If you care to talk some time let me know. Always need a destraction from the crazy world. We have another ellection coming up. Its scary enough thinking Donald Trump could be our president again, but what's scary is that someone like him even has a chance. Win or lose, the system is broke.

It was kind of my alternate ego. My last name is Brigham. So Brigs is the main character. I started off learning to program the Vic 20, and then Commodore 64. I got the idea from the first chat rooms that were popping up in the 90s. Remember them? They didn't really take off, and kind of went away. There's been a few movies on the concept. One of Netflix right now.
