The bridge is a 380-foot-long pedestrian bridge with a 197-foot-tall sculpture. The bridge opened in 2012. It connects Upper and Lower Scissor tail Park.The estimate to $12.8 million

And it's an excellent photo! It's funny that you mention it, but I spent 30+ years in the RF industry, mainly passive microwave devices, antennas, and such.
