Another picture rich in detail and the story is told by the poses and facial expressions of the characters, particularly the boss. Very effective, indeed. I like both picture regarding lighting (which seems to be the only difference between them) but I think the first with a bit of spectral bloom works well here. The shallow DoF which slightly blurs the female and sharpens the boss lends visual emphasis that he's the important one and in charge; nice use of the technique. This is one of those images that really should be viewed at full resolution, I think. =)
