Description

I want to thank the staff of Renderosity for the article and the interview and the members of this community for the kind comments about my models. I started to model it with 3dsmax in January 2017; few months later it was almost ready but until few days ago I did not create a full scene for Poser because it's big and it slows down my old computer. But in the last two weeks I decided to create a full set of lights and camera views. It should work in Poser 12. I have uploaded it in the freestuff area and it should be available soon. It's a very detailed model of a typical contemporary Italian railway station, inspired to several real stations in Central / Northern Italy (Pisa, Bologna, Lucca). "Borgorosso" is a fictitious medium sized town (population around 100000) somewhere between Tuscany and Emilia Romagna. The Central station was built in late 1800s or early 1900s, damaged in WW2, partially rebuilt after the war, renewed in 2000s. Ground floor: square with a fountain, bus and taxi stops. Platforms, a subway. Main hall, ticket offices, waiting room, luggage depot, toilets, bar, police office, pharmacy, newspapers shop. All the stores have realistic products (food and ice creams in the bar, drugs in the pharmacy, newspapers). Stairs, elevators. First floor: offices, bedroom and bathrooms and cafeteria for employees, lobby, maintenance, railway traffic control room. Roof and clock. _________________ It includes 60 camera views. A WARNING about the light sets! There are many area lights and I don't recommend to load everything if you don't have a powerful PC. Another useful tip to save memory: set the preview mode to outline or wireframe. If some texture is missing or some prop is not properly aligned / placed, please let me know.
