Yes, it's an oldie. Again. 2015.
Poser 9 or PP2014, not sure which.
Since I inadvertantly uploaded Snarly Charlie twice, and the second upload has comments, I'm uploading an extra image of Charlie with his dog here and making that the main image.
Original text for second image:
His hair didn't turn out as I'd intended, but that's probably because I ran out of steam after getting his teeth, skin and eyes to my liking.
Thinks: I'm sure that Snarly Charlie started out as a vampire - I recall an upside down render that I entitled "Look into my eyessss...". I'll have to track that one down. Found it.

Prompt: Started with "man and dog", got to "barechested man in greatcoat and black dog with jaws wide open" before anything worth keeping appeared, and ended at "barechested evil man with stern expression in greatcoat , and black dog with jaws wide open"
Style: All Dark Fantasy v3, except the last (and possibly best) which was rather oddly Festive v3
Input image: My render, i.e. the main image here. Influence left at normal (the default)
My notes: Most presses of the 'Make Art' button got the man and dog more or less right, but Charlie's left forearm often had fangs or was a disembodied canine lower jaw.
My favourites: I think they're all quite good
