BIOI found my calling at last year's Bryce Camp. From the moment I walked into the room I knew I wanted to create works of digital art. Every where I looked there were people like me who spoke the same language - computers and digital art. It was an revelation. I've always been interested in animation and digital art, but never gave it more than a passing thought as I was always comsumed with developing websites or working on hardware. Bryce Camp was a fluke really - a chance to learn more in the hope that I could use the knowledge to develop fresh, appealing graphics for my clients. I'm still new to the world of 3D and while I do have an art background it has become rusty from lack of use. Now I am having to relearn everything I learned years ago and then some. But its all worth it. In fact, its an absolute blast!

This definitely isn't the regular motel 6 I'm know. Excellent work, and I love the pose on the skeleton.

From the pose, it could be Mae West's skeleton ;-) Great atmosphere and modelling, and beautifully composed.
