Very nicely done! Your modeling is very good, but there are a few non-essential architectural details that will help push this to the next level of realism. IMHO The most important aspect of an architectural/interior visualization (after modeling the design accurately) is lighting. Have a look at the LW gallery of sms, nick2k and notus (to mention a few), take a look at their superb lighting. If you need seamless architectural textures send me an IM, I'd be happy to share some from my original library. :o) - Greetings from Thailand.

ya i agree with MOE the lighting is the real work your POV is good just nee to work on the lighting mostly
