Description
My mom made the very best pies. She was first on the call list for taking pies to the bake sale, the church bazaar, to the potluck meal/etc. She passed away several years ago but since her birthday was in June I thought I would honor her memory with the images. I can still smell the pies baking and can almost taste them. :-)

I don't think my mom ever made bread. She was really good cook though. And I can't bake a good pie for anything. :-((
