Description
~Jessica Rabbit II~
My fanart of Jessica from "Who Framed Roger Rabbit" (1998), directed by Robert Zemeckis, produced by Steven Spielberg and voiced by the super-talented Kathleen Turner. In a 2017 interview, Kathleen Turner got more requests to sign pictures of Jessica than of herself. LOL However, Turner ended up uncredited in the original movie release, where it was said it was to preserve the illusion that Jessica existed in the real world, which was a key element in the movie. Turner said she took the role because she was pregnant at the time, and it was a job she could just "show up and do her voice".
Here's the dialog that led to Jessica's most famous quote:
Jessica: You don't know how hard is being a woman looking the way I do.
Eddie: You don't know how hard it is being a man looking at a woman who looks the way you do.
Jessica: I'm not bad. I am just draw that way.
Image composed in Poser, rendered in Stable Diffusion, postwork in Paintshop.
