Hi Dad! As usual things have been so hectic this month - a new city means so many more things to see and do! We've been up the Eiffel Tower and round the Louvre, Notre-Dame cathederal and so many other places. However, when it came to selecting the photo for this postcard I had to use this one. We were just having a bit of lunch after a shopping trip when a friend from our hotel was walking by and took this quick snap. It wasn't until I saw it later that I noticed the guy proposing in the background - at the time we were so caught up in our conversation... and the wine! It reminded me of the story you told me about when you proposed to Mum and so it seemed the perfect choice.
