Description
I created a bunch of freestuff recently, not just for you all to enjoy, though that was a big factor. I had something in mind when I made some of that stuff, namely to make my own versions of the properties of yesteryear. Some of you out there remember the oh-so-innocent post apocalyptic kid's TV show ARK II, well, here's my version "updated for modern audiences", and by "modern audiences" I mean people who like hard and fast action, not the non-existent mythological "modern audiences" that studios refer to when they're looking for an excuse to insert PC nonsense. Some of you out there will recognize some names and will understand the links to all of those great mad-max ripoff flicks done to death back in the 80s and 90s. So now go to my freestuff, download that stuff, and make your own versions!

I remember that series. Even own the DVDs. Shudder to think of how you'd redo the series. Call me a wimp, but I prefer some balance between hard and fast action on the one hand, and on the other something involving a little more intellectual reflection, if you get what I mean. Well, I guess our tastes are just a bit different...

There's a place for hard and fast action, but full-bore all the time gets a little monotonous, to the point of self parody. I have the DVD set as well as this one has fond memories of childhood (like Shazam, Isis, Bigfoot & Wildboy, Planet Earth etc). This one is definitely a parody, as the innocence of the series is twisted by the over-the-top of Fury Road.
