Description
Three hours of creeping slowly through space. Making every effort to keep their presence and movements undetectable.
Navarre wiped a bead of sweat from his forehead. Glancing about the various stations, he became even more aware that the tensions of the crew were still veery high.
He pressed the intercom button on his chair arm as he rose to his feet.
"Engineering." Came the instant response from his engineer.
"An interesting day. Status report. Are we still running in the blue?"
The bridge crew then giggled and snickered, drawing even a smile from La'Ahna.
"What?!"

a bit of humor helps in bad times. It was something my Squads lieutenant did at the strangest of times, but it worked.
