I enjoy creating artwork in Poser, Photoshop CC, Vue, and DAZ Studio. I also have a passion for photography, and have been actively shooting for many years. I've been using Poser since Version 8, and am also learning my way around DAZ Studio. I've been using Adobe Photoshop since version 4. I also use Vue 10. I frequently use my photos as backgrounds, and composite my 3D figures into them.
I have been creating my web comic / graphic novel "The Girls From T.N.A." since fall of 2009, and have been a member of Renderosity since August 2009. I've made a lot of wonderful friends here, and have been inspired every time I visit!
I will soon have a more complete biography, as I am updating everything. In the meantime, have a look around my gallery!
Thanks!
Rod

I compliment you on all the fine details in this chapter and the good dialogue. Always a pleasure to see what is happening in the 'realm!'

Rod, I had physical therapy yesterday, and I can barely move right now, but I just had to thank you so much for this wonderful and very touching dedi---please allow me to comment in full in a day or two, when my limbs aren't in full rebellion. I just wanted to tell you now that I just saw this, and I thank you very, very much for the wonderful image, the spacecraft (first time anyone's ever named a spacecraft after me!) and your highly appreciated words. I really thank you. You lifted me right out of my (temporary) pain. I'll write more soon, I promise. (What, you think you're gonna get away with one paragraph???) Thank you so much for this! More soon. And take care, and keep those doctors away! (I can't believe I got a spacecraft named after me!)
RodS
"(What, you think you're gonna get away with one paragraph???)" π€£ππ Oh, Mark, you never fail to crack me up, buddy! As always, you bring a ray of sunshine on this dark, rainy, and gloomy day. But, hey.... My internet is still working!
You take all the time you need, good sir! I wouldn't want those limbs to be marching up and down the street, waving flags, flinging rotten tomatoes and getting handcuffed by the police (not sure how well that would work, but, hey...). Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed it, and soon you'll be out there with the Webb telescope seeing all the wonders of deep space. I'll try not to get too close when Betelgeuse goes supernova - whenever that happens... π€
You are most welcome, Mark! Glad I could help chase those ^%$#&^% pains away even for a little while. You know you're getting old when most of the folks you visit have "MD" as part of their names.... π

And it's armed as well! So, stealthy, space-worthy, packs a punch or ten, hmm, this makes me think their might be trouble coming...
And you made me smile with the wasting champagne comment, thanks for that I needed it.

Oh, and I actually got the notification!
RodS
Ooooo! Life is good! ππ

A great dedication to a good friend! And I like the side blow on crashing a bottle of champaigne instead of drinking it. LOL

Wonderful graphics dear Rod, well, some are celebrated and others are avoided as if they had the plague, I don't understand this world anymore! π₯
RodS
I don't either, Ute! It's sure not the same as back when we first met here. Just keep smilin' and posting, sister! Here's a hug back at ya! π

(As Paul Harvey used to say, "and now, the rest of the story...")
Ok Rod, I'm back for a better comment. (Well, anything's better than "my limbs are killing me, and I ain't leaving s--- here".) Thank you for your response to my first comment---I greatly appreciate it. With this comment (the director's cut), you can simply say, "you already LEFT me a comment---some of us are busy..." Sorry! I just had to leave a full one. (I'm counting the paragraphs...you'll get a bill...)
First thank you so much. I deeply appreciate the visual, and having a huuuuge spacecraft named after me (that's quite a little motor scooter, sir!), having your 3 star women do it, and your wonderful, kind words. Many thanks, Rod. They make this time of my life much better. (Bows.)
Second (paragraph 4---I'm keeping count!): I love the visuals! You got this sleak stealth machine slithering into the frame like a gigantic interstellar eel, giving your top image a real sweep. "Stealth" isn't exactly the word: You couldn't conceal that thing in the Grand Canyon...BUT: Your composition is what you do in your visuals, visual sweep being among them. And I don't know what's behind it, but I luuuuuuv that floral pattern in the wall. Mind you, I don't hang out around a lotta space hangars, so if that wall design is normal, hear hear: I just really like it. Third, your women are in your usual classy model-like poses and dress, they give the real color to the images, and they really stand out w/ your usual attention to costume, style, etc. (I've said it before: You sure you don't work for Prada or Ralph Lauren? You gettin' discounts on all this clothing?) (They like bald guys, I'm told...) I love that the ship has a long tail-end, and I love the shadowy stuff inside. That's one snazzy, space-age Volkswagen, Sir! A VW brontosaurus.
Third: The bottom half is the closeup (see: master-shot to closeup: old hollywood!) And we see the details on the women---you also have color schemes: I don't recall ever seeing your women dressed in the same colors unless they're in uniform...always well done. And Kinnie is about to crack a bottle of Champagne on that glass: Don't take this the wrong way, but that better be space-aged glass, or else you're gonna get a bill!!! That's my ship! It's reeeealllly chintzy to give someone a spacecraft, and the windshield's shot! I'll be examining...And that cabin may be up their alleys---and yours---but put me in there? I'll wind up in downtown Omaha, crashed into a taco bell...And even the women's hair styles and colors are beautiful (and they're lined up). I want you to know that in my 74 years, I've never had a date with anyone who looked like that: ever. In a dinner jacket and patent leather shoes, I've never looked as model-like as they do even when they pop out of bed in the morning. Again, thank you very much. I got my own spacecraft. ("What'd you get for your birthday?" "A 250 billion ton harley: You wanna ride?")
Thank you for your kindness, Rod. I'm about to comment on your next upload, to send my wishes...your kindness is felt everywhere here and it's appreciated greatly. I hope your journey towards moving is getting better and easier for both of you; and even if RR is thinning out (try, it's falling through the floor), people like you keep the place shining everyday. Thanks so much again and my limbs thank you too. (They're not here---they left a note: But they shouted from the street, as they left, "thank you". Then they stole my wallet...) I'm very grateful, Rod. Thanks so much for your kindness.
