yes, number 6 is the most suggestive---she's looking at us over her shoulder, as if to invite us near her, but at the same time keeping us away...All these portraits have mystery, and of course "water": They're all drenched. Your lighting is coppery, almost rust-toned. Your highlights are in deep rusty reds, with swaths of gold and yellow. You use water very well in these images. And the last image looks like she's appearing from behind a door, or---better---like she's an apparition. I hope your home has been cool, and that you haven't been oppressed by the terrible heat that's hit the world. I've been very lucky---chicago has been cool most of the summer. But so much of the world has been baking. (Climate change is real and terrifying.) I hope it starts cooling down where you are...Terrific images here, Ute.

Thank' a lot, we are spared from the big heat, here in Luxembourg sometimes up to 37 degrees, but also a lot of rain and thunderstorms!
