Fantastic image, great POV. The 1950's when gas prices were 30 cents a gallon. Cool, excellent job!

Thanks, and lets not forget food tasted better and people had a nicer disposition in general.

Used to have a boyfriend that worked in a place like this. In the summer I was there drinking a coke all the time. :-))

I can imagine. My dad was the manager of a Pizza Inn restaurant as a kid. So after school I would hang out in the back and eat sausage pizza and drink root-beer, good times.

Excellent work on this! Love those hot rods, and I'll buy her another Coke anytime!
Oh, those were the days.... I can still remember those old gas stations... You'd pull up to a pump, and a guy in a company uniform would come running out and fill your tank You didn't even have to get out of your car.
At least half of the time the damn credit card reader doesn't work right, and an attendant has to come running out, anyway.. 🙄

Thanks, it just seemed like people really took pride in doing a good job. Remember RC cola?

Lots of details to engage the eye which is typical of your work, my dear! Thanks for sharing. The shadows in the foreground (evidently cast by a tree that we can't see) are really interesting in what would otherwise be a bland bit of the picture. I like clever composition like that! =)

yes there are trees in front of the lot, I hope Poser really updates Superfly to the level of Blenders engine.
