Description
The Imperial submarine Delphin (Dolphin) returns to port. (Inspired by an historical photo.)
The submarine is Shneider Dmitry Konstantinovich's nicely detailed free model available at Sketchfab. The sailors on deck are M4 in the Universal Sailor uniform. The building on the pier is the GWR Halt and Pagoda and the figures are Lorenzo LoRez. The ship in the background is Norbert Nagy's Clermont from Sketchfab. The environment is Poser Ocean and Flinks Sky with a wake from spacebones. The gulls are from Flock Formations.

Really, a phantastic series of renders! Very well done. Love the sepia effect you used to give the impression of old photographs! Thank you for the detailed description and references to your used sources (there are not many out here doing this). I wonder, how many crew this little sub had. Must've been pretty cramped in there.

Wikipedia says a crew of 22 men and officers. Another source says 13. The lower number seems more plausible to me.

Pretty neat - has a nice vinbtagev look which was the idea :)
