Description
Photoshop's generative fill limits nsfw pictures. So, I made two renders: one clothed, one not. Used the clothed picture to create a generative fill background, brought in the unclothed and tweaked the mask for the topless version. Voilà. The results are pretty stunning.

Good observation StuartB4! It is indeed a scar. I was playing with bump maps to simulate the effect. (You didn't think they got that big without surgery 😉)
