I wish we would have some clouds, so there might be a small chance of rain. it was 109F in my garage earlier with clear sky

Ouch that's a bit warmish. We keep getting lots of rain here - ironic given some places are burning up. I'm trying to will the rain in your direction!

In France we name this clouds "moutons" (sheeps). Great capture, once again !
