Ditto all of the above comments. The sun hanging low in the hazy smoggy sky makes the lighting extremely cyberpunk without resorting to rainy night scenes. Ovation on this one.

Hey I thank you for your insight. I love this background and have used it before in my work. I put a small cloud between the girl and the backdrop to sell the mood even more.
