but still is a wake up call to remember those that lost their life serving in the Arm Forces. I will share some from Manila also.
many died from other causes, but they still served their country
there is a historic place close to( Billy the Kid fame) Lincoln, New Mexico with housing for soldiers and others for officers
a distant relative of mine wrote a diary during the Civil War of the USA. it was translated to current English. he said they had raw bacon to eat

It is an amazing piece of history. Not a time I would want to live without running water and hot showers. However, 2020's is not so great either. The world has gone so insane not a fun time to be living with so many people compared to when I was a teenager.
