Hi Dad, We travelled down to Washington this month but unfortunately didn't bring the good weather with us. However, the cloudy days did allow me to persuade the others to visit some of the museums in the area. At the National Air & Space Museum we learned about all the fascinating trips to explore space and humans going all the way to the moon and back. I have been thinking about how much I miss you lately - however, as Leyla put it, even when we are on the other side of the world we are still on the same planet. Which, when you are surrounded by images and and objects from the moon landings and the incredible vastness of space, makes me feel like we're not really that far apart at all!
