Hum has teamed up with several other villains in a plot to the destroy school with several bombs planted in key locations. Hum was planting a bomb in the gymnasium when a small group of students happened to be passing on their way to their next class. Seraphina kraken physiology grants her enhance hearing and she picked up on the distinct humming sound given off by Hum's barrier. As the students enter the gym, they can tell nothing can be good seeing bad guy with large electronic device in the middle of the basketball court. Hum: Well, well, well and here I thought this was going to be boring with no class scheduled this period. Seraphina: See I told I totally heard something humming in here. Outburst: It's Hum and it looks like he got some sort of bomb! Relay: Who!? Outburst: Seriously! Learning the villains of file is part of our ongoing homework assignment. Relay: Yeah, I got bored after the "G"s. Outburst: I can't believe you're my twin sometimes. Hum: Hello psycho villain with a bomb over here! Magnette: Guys he's right there now's not the time to argue. Luno: It's time for action! The young heroes attack hum in vain as none of their attacks seem to be able to match his speed. Magnette use her magnetic abilities to hurl various metallic objects, but he effortlessly dodges them with his speed Luno is able to connect with his Moonarang yet it has no effect on the sonic barrier the same being said for Outburst's kinetic blasts. Seraphina strength is useless against someone who dodge or brush off her attacks. Although Relay can match his speed, he doesn't possess the enough strength to penetrate the field. Suddenly Relay gets an idea. Relay: Guys I'll be right back! Hum: Running away so soon! The fun is just getting started! Relay returns almost instantly wearing a pair of special headphones while carrying three extra pairs. Without a word a word his sister Outburst understands and gives him a nod. Relay slips on the extra pairs on the heads of the other students. Before Hum has time to figure out what twins are up to Outburst lets out a sonic scream! She rarely uses this power since it hard to protect those who aren't her intended target from his effect. Hitting just the right opposing sound frequency Outburst cancels out Hum's sonic based barrier. Luno throws his Moonarang striking Hum in the head. Seraphina throws sends him flying to bleachers with a punch. Magnette restrains him various cords, cables and pipes. Magnette: That ought to hold him until we got proper restraints on him. Outburst: Quick thinking bro with the headphones. Relay: Thanks, I was going to pat myself on the back for that idea. Seraphina: I could give you a pat on the back. Relay: Yeah, just not too hard I saw how you sent Hum flying. Luno: Nice teamwork everyone! Seraphina: Yeah, we did make a pretty good team. Luno: Wait if he got into the school then maybe other bad guys got in too!
