I'm gonna be blunt... at first I was NOT happy to see Batman in there... but then when I saw it full size I really LOVE the way you capture "The Bat-Man" from his early appearances in the 1930s (you even nailed those silly little purple gloves from Detective Comics #27). That makes him a PERFECT fit to hang with Hellboy, the Rocketeer, Indiana Jones and Doc Savage. The groundwork and simple ruins are very effective. Even though this is mostly a static scene, the subtle head angles and bent arms do give it a sense of impending menace. Nothing is happening yet... but we all know that won't last long. If I were to make one suggestion, it would be to adjust the lighting so more of it falls on the Rocketeer. He has a wonderful, metal helmet and there are some opportunities for metal highlights and reflections here, and you're just kind of missing them by putting him in the shadows. You know, even if you swapped Indy and Rocketeer, the lighting would then work a little better, as Dr. Jones wouldn't look at all bad to be in some shadows. Anyway, that's just my thoughts on the matter. I really like this and would LOVE to see you tackle an action scene with all these great characters. BRAVO!

Thanks very much - yeah, I would tend agree about the Rocketeer, so if I do get around to doing a "what happens next" shot, I'll try to make sure he's more in the light for sure!

Nice creation. Hellboy is one of my favorite characters. Haven't seen many renders of him.
