I'm a retired french art teacher and one of my hobby is to work on my computer to make 3D models : old cars, trucks, planes, buildings and so on.
My other hobbies? Playing blues or rock'n roll with my friends, trekking, visiting museums and famous places all around the world, reading good books!
My 3D models are available on RR in a store called 3DClassics.

I forgot that a grille has been added as protection of the radiator.

Aucune chance de passer inaperçu avec ce bolide, sa rareté (et la richesse que ça suppose en arrière-plan), sa puissance, sa couleur en font une proie pour les malfaisants en tout genre ! Superbe modèle, y'a pas à dire !

You have done a first class job here. The perspective is realistic and even those dogs gave me a wry smile! Excellent work!

Looks great! I'm still marveling every time how you always manage to model these beautiful models with your "slightly outdated" tools. Your a master in this craft

Thank you my friend, but I am absolutely unable to create 3D models with a recent software. I am too much old to learn how using Blender, ZBrush, Cinema4D, 3dsMax, Maya and so on!😒

Of course you are used to your tools, which makes the process pretty straight forward and fast. Still I think, you could easily learn to work with blender too. I did it the way, that I combined (and sometimes still do) several tools. So let's say, there is something that works best in, lets say Hexagon, then I do it in Hexagon, and then export it to Blender, for UV-Mapping (e.g.), which is much more straight forward and powerful, than in Hexagon. And so by and by I'm doing more and more things in Blender, until I'm capable to do it fully in Blender only. One example was my Keytar-Model, which I started in Hexagon, until the point, where Hexagon always crashed, when I tried to modify the mesh. That was when I changed to Blender and cleaned up the mesh and did the UV-Mapping (see in my Gallery).
To get a good Overview over the functions and workflow in Blender, I highly suggest the famous "Donut-Tutorial" from Blenderguru on YouTube, which is a perfect way to begin.
However, if you don't feel the need for newer, more stable and more capable Software, then stick with what you have - you're doing absolutely stunning work with it! :-)

Mazette ! Ca c'est de la voiture ancienne. J'adore! C'est vrai que les modèles anciens avaient plus de classe que les modèles actuels. Et encore que, les Mercedes ne vieillissent pas encore trop mal ! Du très grand travail de modélisation ! Prends bien soin de toi !
