thank you Krid, that's why I added the link to the artists where I got the principal. The costume was modified to fit her body Her body was corrected with GOZ + ZBrush to improve posture and muscles. The fitness poses I used were great starting positions, and then I corrected the position and some small details for my scene.

Thank VirtualCity, the true thinking about the focus runs to move the point of Zero to the subject of your next step because the picture develops all telling about but the attention of your viewer needs to know more need see a way to follow his intent because all habits run every day in every common routine but we need know what will be in front after now, we must see the future every time.
