I had to read a bit about python and it seems to be a very powerful OOP (object oriented programming language). I admit I was lazy and I only implemented the vertical innertia movement but it still looks fine and I love to implement my own algoritms and concepts wich is not rocket science actually; a derivative would bring us a local information and an integral would give us a global information. Speed is the first derivative of space versus time, acceleration is the second derivative of it or simply derivate the speed if you already have that function, With that in mind, just use your own implementation and it should work. Maths and physics are just meant to be very helpfull tools for everyday life, they weren't meant to be tools of torture for students. Many teachers don't know how those work, thus they aren't able to properly explain to students how it works, they rather prefer make students feel idiots and the students - inclusive their parents - would never guess who's the real idiot in fact. The result is, many people feel uncomfortable about maths and physics and - in my opinion - in 99.9% is not the students fault.. These are just my own opinions and they might be 100% wrong, so don't take for good or for granted my opinions may be right.
