Cool lookin.. I'm not familiar with this new spidey that I've been seeing.. Only complaints are the fingers, head, and legs. They just don't seem right.. aside from that, you got tha workings of a really kickass image!

looks a little like 'Skottie Young style' from Led Heavy.com. aspecialy daredevil, the tiny spidy is a little flat, maybe some shadow would do the trick
