Description
In shadows deep, I once was bound,
In silent storms where hope seemed drowned.
But within, a spark refused to fade,
A will to heal, to face the shade.
Day by day, I fought the fight,
Brought back the sun, banished the night.
With love and strength, I found my way,
Overcoming darkness, to a brighter day.
In every step, a journey from despair,
With open hearts, we mend and repair.
Though depression's grip was strong and grim,
I've learned to rise, to thrive, to win.
