Howdy,
There is not a lot about me to know, I am a wife of 46 years, mother of three and grandmother of five. I got my first computer in 99. That was when I began my journey to fill my time doing something creative. I began writing my thoughts in poetry and in 2007 published a book of my poetry titled "Stairway To My Dreams." I learned how to build a web page and learned how to design my own graphics and I learned HTML. My friend suggested I put up some of my graphic designs for other to use so I started my Graphics By Doris site. In my quest to find good graphics to use with my designs I found Renderosity where I bought beautiful backgrounds and tubes from the talented artist here. I then got Poser to learn how to make my own tubes. I didn’t start to learn Poser right away because I discovered I had cancer so I had surgery and radiation treatments. When my treatments were over I began to learn how to use Poser last summer [2009] with the help of my friend Pamela Delli Colli. I have came a long way in Poser but still have much to learn. I want to thank you all for viewing my images and for your comments on my work. May God bless you all with love, peace & happiness. You can find my book at Publish America:

I only had two until about three years ago when I realized ferals were living in my neighborhood. I saw a couple of cats in my yard that looked like they were hungry so I fed them and then cats started showing up to eat, I had about fifteen in a few days to come to eat. I contacted my local TNR group and they came and trapped them and fixed them. I did have one cat have kittens in my backyard greenhouse but she moved them whenever I found them however she left the last little kitten, I think my yardman scared her away. So I bottle-fed him & he was adopted, that's how I got involved with fostering. When the kittens the mama cat had moved were ten weeks old they came to my backyard to eat but I found one dying in my yard because the grown cats didn't let the babies eat, so I trapped the other two, brought them in to take care of them and I still have them.
